• Act as the point of contact between the client’s team and Kamtech’s development team. • Gather business requirements from various departments and translate them into technical specifications. • Ensure alignment on expectations, deliverables, and timelines. ERP System Design and Implementation: • Oversee the design, implementation, and customization of the ERP system. • Assist in developing wireframes (using Balsamiq or similar tools), SRS, system processes, and technical documentation. • Work with departments to get approvals on modules and workflows before development. Process Mapping and Departmental Engagement: • Work closely with each department to demonstrate their ERP modules, review process flows, and obtain necessary approvals. • Coordinate between departments and the development team to ensure proper system design and feature implementation. Project Tracking and Coordination: • Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring the project stays on schedule. • Conduct daily stand-up meetings with the development team to monitor progress.• Provide regular updates to the client and Kamtech management. Training and User Support: • Conduct training sessions for employees to ensure proper adoption of the ERP system.• Provide ongoing support during and after system implementation. Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT): • Lead the testing process, ensuring the system meets business needs and technical specifications.• Perform UAT to ensure the ERP system is fully functional and ready for use.• Address feedback from testing and oversee necessary revisions. Documentation:• Create and maintain technical documentation, including SRS, wireframes, system processes, and user manuals.• Ensure all documentation is clear, detailed, and accessible to stakeholders.
